Harvest
After about a week, your cress should be between 2 and 4cm high, and will be ready for cutting. Do this carefully with the round-ended scissors. Wash the cress, and use it in sandwiches (it's particularly tasty in egg sandwiches) or add it to salads. After you have harvested your cress, the tray can be cleaned out and used again.
Special note
Never eat seeds and always wash your hands after gardening.
