Sweetly-Scented Blue Blooms
This half hardy annual has an unusual aniseed/ parsley flavour and is rich in vitamins.
It can be used in soups, salads and goes well with chicken and white fish.
Chervil prefers partial shade and a slightly moist soil.
Sow March – July. Harvest Jan – Dec.
