This is at the perfect stage of development for your plants to get growing fast once planted.

Plant your clematis plants in well-draining yet rich soil, incorporating some fertiliser like Organic Extra at planting and water well.

Feed with a high-potassium fertiliser as they come into flower. In late winter or early spring prune all stems to 15cm (6in) of ground level.

Propagation from these plants is a breach of trademark. Only buy from licensed supply.
