Eco-Sure® Pond Clear Aqua Plus works by reducing nitrate levels to zero and cutting phosphates.
As if by magic Eco-Sure® Pond Clear Aqua Plus's natural, biological organisms will set to work eliminating unsightly and harmful pond algae and ‘digesting' organic waste such as small leaves.
Best of all, it's harmless to pets, fish, birds, bees and other wildlife.
One Small Pond Pack is sufficient for an average sized pond up to 6,000-litres.
Eco-Sure® Pond Clear Aqua Plus's long shelf life means it can be stored for use, if required, six to twelve months later.
Please ensure adequate oxygen levels are present.

How frequently should Eco-SureTM Pond Clear Aqua Plus be used and how long does it last in the pond?
Many of our customers make one application of Eco-SureTM Pond Clear Aqua Plus and then see no more blanketweed for over one full year. Others keep blanketweed at bay for a few months with one application. However, a minority of pondkeepers need more than one dose to suppress blanketweed. Remember every pond is different.
Is Eco-SureTM Pond Clear Aqua Plus safe for fish and other wildlife? What about plants?
Yes, Eco-SureTM Pond Clear Aqua Plus is safe for fish. It was initially formulated for use on commercial fish farms to improve the growth, health and disease resistance of the fish. The fact that it suppressed algae growth by removing the nutrients on which algae feed turned out to be a bonus. Eco-SureTM Pond Clear Aqua Plus improves the health of fish. They eat better and grow quicker. They are less prone to fungal and bacterial diseases. Many of our customers have referred to their fish becoming "more lively". One of our first customers had a 70,000 gallon pond. About 18 months after starting to use Eco-SureTM Pond Clear Aqua Plus, he told us that he "dare not stop using it" as he had not lost one fish since he first introduced Viresco to his pond! There is also no problem for other wildlife, eg newts and, frogs.
Additionally, Eco-SureTM Pond Clear Aqua Plus does no harm to plants.
However, because Eco-SureTM Pond Clear Aqua Plus reduces nitrate levels in the water, plants may grow less strongly. For example, leaves of, say, water lilies grow less vigorously but the bonus is that they should flower better.

I can certainly recommend the Eco-Sure Pond Clear I applied it to my small pond last summer, it cleared within two weeks and it is still crystal clear. It is excellentit is so easy to apply. at the age of 98 years I find it saves me a lot of hard work.
is it any good to use in ponds with turtles in
I have been having trouble with Blanketweed in my pond after trying many other blanketweed products and not having any great results I purchased Viresco Aqua from Unwins and the product really works I have no more blanketweed in the pond and my fish seem more active and the water quaility as improved. 10 out of 10
