Geranium Earlibird Mixed
Great value for money, this rich mixture is ideal for massed plantings.
The plants are neat, compact, free flowering and will bloom all summer long.
Pot up some as houseplants in autumn as a bonus.

Sowing Indoors
Almost fill a seed tray with moist seed compost. Sow seeds thinly over the surface, and lightly cover them with a little more compost.
Place in warmth 20-25C (70-75F), and keep moist. Lower temperatures inhibit germination.
Growing on / thinning
Keep seedlings in a light position, but shade from bright sun. When large enough to handle, transplant individually to 8cm (3in) pots. As young plants develop, grow on at between 10-15C (50-60F).
Hardening off / planting
Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions for 2-3 weeks before planting out when danger of frost has passed. Allow 20cm (8in) between plants.
Special note
Geraniums benefit from regular feeding through the flowering season and the removal of dead heads. Ideal for patios.
