Ordering / Delivery Information

Seed Orders are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days.

Plants, Seed Potatoes, Onion Sets and Fruit Trees are despatched at the appropriate time for planting, please see the delivery programme at the bottom of this page for more specific information.

Delivery Guide
As you'll be aware, a number of our products cannot survive being subjected to temperatures below zero. Due to the very cold weather in large parts of the country, we may delay some deliveries to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.

Delivery Charges

• UK Mainland - to cover the costs of postage, packing and insurance the cost is £7.95 for extra large and heavy items or £4.95 per order for plants and hardware or just £1.95 if ordering seed only.

• UK Non-Mainland (Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands) - for heavy and bulky items (including all raised beds, tunnels and Organic Extra), we reserve the right to contact you to amend delivery costs, subject to your approval, to reflect additional delivery costs. Generally the cost is £4.95 per order or £1.95 if ordering seed only or if ordering extra large heavy items the charge is £7.95.

• Channel Islands - due to Channel Islands import restrictions we regret that we are unable to supply items other than seed. Generally the cost is £3.95 per order.  

• European Union (including Republic of Ireland) - We are only able to send Seeds to the EU. The delivery charge for seed only orders is £3.95. We are able to ship many other items to the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us on 0844 573 8400 for a delivery quotation.
