These flowers really look like little eggs that have been cooked.
Bees and other helpful insects love them. Keep them watered and your poached eggs should flower most of the summer.

Sowing Outdoors
Sow straight into the soil about 1cm deep. Soak the soil with water as soons as you have sown the seeds. Seedlings should appear about two or three weeks later.

Growing on / thinning
As they grow, carefully move some to other parts of the garden to avoid overcrowding

Special note
never eat the seeds and always wash your hands after gardening.
They may be called poached eggs, but never eat the flowers.
