Popcorn Robust Seeds
Once you have harvested the cobs, take the separate pieces of corn (kernels) off the cob, place them in a clean paper bag and ask an adult to microwave them for about a minute.
Sit back and enjoy your popcorn!

Sowing Indoors
You can sow the seeds in little pots of seed compost in April or May. Plant them out to the garden when they are a few centimetres high.
Sowing Outdoors
Sow straight into the soil about 1cm deep. Sow the seeds 30cm apart in a square. Soak the soil with water as soon as you have sown the seeds. Seedlings should appear two or three weeks later.
Harvest
Leave the corn cobs on the plants until they become hard, usually in October. Store the cobs in a cool, dry place.
