Tips & Advice:
Sowing Outdoors
Sow seeds thinly in pre-watered shallow rows, and cover with a little soil. Allow about 30cm between rows. As seedlings develop, thin them gradually, eventually to about 15cm apart. Keep soil moist until seedlings are established.
Harvest
Roots can be left in the ground until required. Hamburg parsley is best left to mature rather than harvesting young as small roots. Cover with straw to prevent freezing.
