Safety Advice
Contents may vary according to availability. Store in a cool, dry, frost-free place, away from children, pets and foodstuffs. Wash hands after use. Use contents within season of purchase. When to Sow
Wildflower seeds may be sown when the soil temperature is between 10-18°C.
Prepare Area for Sowing
1. Remove any large stones and weeds. 2. Dig over soil and level out. 3. If soil is very dry, water 24 hours before sowing.
Sowing Seeds
1. Shake the box well before use. 2. To ensure even coverage, sow in a criss-cross pattern. 3. Firm seeds down onto soil and gently water them.
Top Tips
Water daily, preferably in the evening until seedlings appear, and then as required depending on weather conditions. For an earlier and even better show, you can plant in the autumn (Aug-Oct) for flowering in the spring. Protect young plants from pests, particularly slugs.
