Sowing Outdoors
Sow seeds thinly in shallow, pre-watered rows. Lightly cover seeds with a little soil. Keep soil moist, as dry conditions impair germination. Gradually thin seedlings to 25cm apart and allow them to develop.

Thin to 25cm apart, or 2.5cm for baby leaf.
Advice
Keep well-watered in periods of dry weather. The thinnings are delicious used in salads. Sow a little and often to maintain supply.
