Tips & Advice:
Sowing Outdoors
Cut the grass short, then scatter seeds across the desired area so they will make contact with the ground and stick to it when it rains. Be patient, as they first require a reasonable period of cold weather before germination.
Advice
Sow seeds when fresh, within the stated time on the packet. Yellow Rattle will self-seed from July. To prevent this, mow the grass before then. If you wish to allow the Yellow Rattle to continue growing, avoid mowing between April and July.
