The Perfect Way to Grow Healthy Young Plants From Seed!

It's So Easy to Propagate Your Seeds:

1 - Fill the 49 plant modules with compost and firm
down.
Turn the transparent lid upside down and
press down on module tray to create seed holes.
2 - Sow seeds and water as directed on your seed
packet instructions.
3 - Partly fill the bottom tray with water and
place plant module unit on top. Keep the
tray topped up to ensure continuous
capillary watering action.
4 - Place transparent cover on top. It can be
turned through 90 degrees to expose or
close air vents.
5 - At potting on/planting out stage, simply pull
out the arms slightly on the module tray and
the plants will automatically pop-up. This
ensures that you can remove young plants
with minimal root disturbance.
Note - for effective results ensure the propagator
is positioned in full light.

Very sturdy, easy to use, ingeniously designed propagator, which has all the facilities of a work bench (dibber, water system etc) but with the need of only a fraction of the space a work bench and equipment would need. This coupled with a 12 year guarantee gives excellent value for money. I have used it for the first time this year and have been so impressed (with 98% germination compared to othe... [more]

Excellent value for money - a sturdy re-usable product which will last for many years. Very pleased, produced high quality seedlings and a great space saving design.

I purchased 2 of these propogators last year and and started off lots of cherry tomato, carrottes and chilli''s. It is a really compact and neat piece of equipment and holds the water well without spillage. When transplanting the seedlings to bigger pots and baskets it was really easy to remove the seedlings by pushing them through a small hole in the bottom of the tray. I would definitely re... [more]

Christmas is coming and any gardener receiving one of these will be eternally grateful. Mine have been in almost constant use this year and I am already planning an early start for some chilli seeds. You won't regret this investment. Compact, robust, easy to clean and guaranteed. A definite MUST for all you grow-it-yourself enthusiasts.

A brilliant piece of kit for propagating seeds especially where space is limited. Its neat, compact, functional and most importantly can be easily sterlised and stored until next year.

Excellent product. Very sturdy, well designed and easy to use. My first seedlings came through in days and look very happy and healthy on just a small sunny windowsill. I'm confident that the outlay will prove a worthwhile investment if my initial results are anything to go by. As an extra bonus this product seems to be more competitively priced here than on some competitors' websites.

Excellent for starting seeds early inside. Only 20 x 20cm the 49 cells let you get an early start and it's easy to remove the plugs individually if you are still waiting for some seeds. I have three now and although they seem initially expensive they are well worth the money. Robust, easy to clean and a must for those with limited space who want to get a jump on the cold weather.

I agree with the other reviews, this is a snazzy little propagator. I was so impressed I ended up buying three. It comprises seven rows of seven seed wells with a generous (fill and forget) water storage area and a tall transparent lid which permits reasonable growing time before releasing precious seedlings 'into the wild'. The lid allows for ventilation or sealed environments and even has poin... [more]

Fantastic bit of kit. I have used these for starting off carrots and parsnips with good results. Saves waiting for the seeds to come through on the allotment while all the weeds decide to come up at the same time! It made weeding so much easier and spacing at the perfect distance. Which, also saves on seeds and thinning. Expensive lay out initially but well worth it in the long term.

I found that the propagator is brilliant in a hot windowsill, it is really useful early in the season when growing outside is too cold. One essential component when growing is well sifted and free draining compost. For an early crop especially for those without a greenhouse or poly tunnel it is essential.
