Woodruff Blue Mist
Woodruff prefers a shady spot, which is unusual for an annual.
The sweetly scented blue blooms are borne in clusters. A delightful cottage garden plant.

Sowing Outdoors
Rake soil to provide a firm, even surface. Sow seeds thinly in pre-watered soil, lightly covering them with a little more soil.
Keep moist until seedlings appear and as required in dry spells. When large enough to handle, thin seedlings to allow their development.
Special note
Woodruff leaves are edible and can flavour sorbets and fruit salads. First year flowering perennials.
