Allium ursinum - Allium Bulbs

£5.99 each

  • Hardy Perennial - sow indoors or on a seedbed (April-June); transplant later to flower for many seasons
  • Attracts Bees

Commonly known as 'Wild Garlic', Allium ursinum is a low-growing plant revealing little globes of starry white flowers perfect for naturalising between shrubs and trees in moist, shady spots.

The scent of wild garlic is truly nostalgic of woodland walks in May. Adding some to your own garden lets you go back to bygone days of walking through the woods.

How you receive your bulbs

You receive our spring-flowering bulbs in autumn in a plastic mesh. This is to keep the bulbs together in a pack which is nice and airy – perfect to keep the bulbs healthy while in transit.

Can’t plant straight away?

Keep your bulbs in a cool, light and dry place and preferably hanging on a hook so that air can get to the bulbs at all angles. Look to planting your bulbs within a week of receiving them.
