Choose apple Grenadier tree for your garden; a productive apple tree that gives you big numbers of green cooking apples. These apples are riper much earlier than the commoner Bramley variety and make an equally tasty base ingredient for apple sauces and stewed apple.

Grow garden apple tree Grenadier in pots on your patio or balcony if you don’t have a garden border. We recommend that you plant pollination-partner apple tree Kidd’s Orange Red near to your apple tree Grenadier. This gives it a greater chance of fruiting. Unlike apple Bramley, variety Grenadier needs only one pollination partner to fruit successfully. Good news if you are tight on space and just have room for two apple trees.

Resistant to scab disease, apple Grenadier is a dependable variety for UK gardens. Reaching around 3m (10ft) in height it is easier and safer to pick fruit at harvest time than taller varieties that require a ladder.
