Originating from Bristol in 1970, Bramley Apples are the essential British cooking apple brilliant for everything from pies to apple sauce! Its versatility makes it a very popular choice for UK gardeners and chefs as it is known to be a superb cooker.

It might be a couple of years or so before you can start enjoying the authentic taste and texture of the best cooking apple money can buy, but we know it will be well worth the wait.

A regular Bramley's Seedling will become much larger than the others whereas Bramley 20 will have similar proportions to the other trees. Although the tree is smaller, the apples are the same size as the regular Bramley's Seedling.

You can expect to harvest your crops from mid-October and your apples will have a lengthy keeping time of up to 5 months.

Our 9 litres trees are grown, protected and delivered in 'floppy pots' & polybags. The 'floppy pot' can easily be cut down the side with the tree then sliding out neatly into the prepared planting hole. The 'floppy pots' are also recyclable so you can help the environment once the tree has been planted.

In order to ensure a good pollination pick fruit trees from within the same or from adjacent flowering groups.

The vast majority of the trees we ship have been pruned and will appear trimmed.
