At Unwin’s we are extremely excited to announce our new asparagus trio collection. Selected for a variety of reasons. Such as strong crops, long harvests, exciting colour and fantastic flavour. Asparagus is one of the easier crops to grow, so if you are curious about vegetable growing or fancy giving it a grow, asparagus can be a perfect starting point.

Asparagus Burgundine your spears are tender, sweet and palatable on harvest; so much so, you can enjoy them raw or chopped to make an exciting salad. Asparagus Burgundine is so versatile that you can use it to accompany your favourite dishes. Why not enjoy the spears steamed or sautéed with a little butter.

Asparagus Vittorio, A favourite of many top-chefs due to its smooth texture and tight closed tips. Perfect for salads or garnishes.  Similarly to Stewarts purple, you have the choice of colour with vitorrio. You can grow stunning white stems or green spears to suit your taste.
