The flowers work particularly well with other alpine and rock garden flowers like pasque flowers Pulsatilla, wood anenomes, erythroniums and wild dwarf tulips.

We recommend that you partner your Corydalis calycosa with the interesting trailing leaves of helichrysum or creeping Jenny if growing in containers. All these varieties appreciate dappled shade.

Plant in a well-aired compost. John Innes No2 or a potting compost are suitable media for these beautiful flowers.
