- With F1 hybrid vigour for productive and fast-developing plants
- Resistant to diseases scab and mildew
- Grow indoors or outdoors to suit
Add gherkin Partner F1 hybrid to your kitchen garden; this easy-to-grow delicious variety guarantees you lots of fruit; as it’s a female-flowering variety that sets fruit even without nearby male plants. Whether it’s a wet and dull summer or hot and dry you’ll be enjoying lots of fruit from July to late summer.
Partner produces early crops of short, firm-fleshed, tasty fruits that taste great in salads, or pickled to suit your taste. Refreshing and succulent this salad crop is worth a space on your plot.
Grow indoors or outdoors to fit in with your space. If outdoors give gherkin Partner a sunny spot; you choose whether you let them scramble over the pot or train it up a trellis if you are saving space.
We suggest you grow in containers or in grow bags at either side of your glasshouse. You receive three healthy young plants in a plastic pack to give your young plants the best environment for the perfect start in their life. The pack gives them the right humidity and soil moisture which makes for happy and productive plants.
Water well in summer and feed with liquid fertiliser regularly to keep this variety healthy, robust and laden with fruit.See Full Description +
