Gooseberry Xenia - 1x 9cm Potted Plant
Gooseberry Xenia is a superb and delicious variety that is easy to grow and produces a fantastic crop each and every time.
Proving to have superb mildew resistance, the exceptionally sweet, smooth-skinned Gooseberry Xenia produces fruit towards the end of June and has almost spine free stems making it easier to harvest.
Your plants on arrival
You receive your new plant as small a potted plant with the stem and leaves wrapped in a polythene wrap and a soil ball with an established root network for great growing potential.
Can’t plant right away?
You can keep your plant in its plastic wrap for as long as 3-5 days so long as you make sure the root area is nice and humid and the roots feel moist.
Keep your plants in a light, cool position away from full sun like an unheated porch or greenhouse, or even outdoors on a clear, dry day.
Look to planting your new plant in its permanent position within a week or so.
