Hyacinth Gypsy Queen - Hyacinth Bulbs
Plant close together for impact and powerful scent. A great partner to red tulip varieties. This beautiful coral apricot-pink hyacinth gives off a wonderful perfume in your spring garden. RHS recommended.
Delightful planted in groups to give off a collective fresh fragrance. Position in full sun at the front of flower beds, in containers or under trees so they get dappled shade beneath blossom trees.
Gypsy Queen partners perfectly with apricot primroses and offsets the orange flowers of the evergreen shrub Berberis darwinii.
Plant 3 bulbs in a 20-30cm (8-12in) container in a triangle formation or around 3 for every square foot (30cm²) area of soil. If growing beneath blossom trees space 30cm (12in) apart.
How you receive your bulbs
You receive our spring-flowering bulbs in autumn in a plastic mesh. This is to keep the bulbs together in a pack which is nice and airy – perfect to keep the bulbs healthy while in transit.
Can’t plant straight away?
Keep your bulbs in a cool, light and dry place and preferably hanging on a hook so that air can get to the bulbs at all angles. Look to planting your bulbs within a week of receiving them.See Full Description +
