Kohl Rabi Seeds
Khol Rabi is a member of the brassica family and enjoys the same growing conditions. Sow seed in warmth either in modules or directly outside. Transplant into final positions once soil warms up and protect from frost.
Khol Rabi translates as cabbage turnip, and that sums up the flavour quite nicely. Its crisp crunchy texture is good for salads or in stir fries or you can peel and roast the bulbs in the oven. Cut off and use the leafy tops like cabbage. Choose from green or the less common purple bulbs.
