Plant in containers for the patio or balcony, in planters such as a trough for windowsills that is treated to the occasional breeze or plant in garden flower beds. Pair up with white-flowered lily-of-the-valley for a lovely pink and white colour contrast, giving a little country romance.

Useful Tip:

We recommend that you plant lily-of-the-valley with bluebells, crocuses and snowdrops, all perfect for providing a carpet of colour under trees and shrubs or other garden situations that cast half to full shade.

Add heady fragrance to the home by arming yourself with secateurs and cutting some stems. Put them in vases dotted around the house. They flower in May while sweet peas are coming into flower and make the perfect partner for those fabulous cut sweet peas.
