Get hold of this fantastic berrying plant to cover an unsightly wall and provide you with tasty, large and full-flavoured berries every year. Berries appear on thornless stems so they are easy to pick and your clothes won't snag on any thorns.
The loganberry is a raspberry and blackberry cross, advocating the best of both worlds. Every berry has the firm structure of a blackberry and the rich red colour and delicious perfume of a raspberry.
In the kitchen loganberries come into their own. Loganberries are ideal for boiling and reducing into jam and freezing, thanks to the fact that the fruit holds its shape well- again a good attribute of blackberries. Even after it has thawed out from bring frozen, the fruit still retains its unique, rich flavour.
Supplied as 2 litre pots which are perfect for planting in the autumn when the soil is warm from the summer. You can still plant them in the ground in winter and spring provided that the ground is not frozen.See Full Description +
