Narcissus 'Jetfire' is a strong growing dwarf daffodil that belongs to the cyclamineus group of narcissus -but don't be put off by the Latin names!  This is a daffodil which is quick to establish and multiply.

Narcissus 'Jetfire'  lives up to its name with its swept back golden-yellow petals and a fiery orange red trumpet.  In fact, the trumpets are probably the nearest to 'red' you'll ever come across in a daffodil!

As well as good looks this daffodil has a tough constitution so these elegant flowers will simply glide through bad weather.

'Jetfire' is one of the shorter daffodil hybrids so to get the most impact from its bright colours plant the bulbs somewhere prominent; either in a tight group at the front of the border or as a bold container display.

Plant bulbs roughly twice their depth into free draining soil in a sunny or part shaded site.

Deadhead spent blooms and allow foliage to die down naturally once flowering ends.  This helps to divert goodness back to the bulb for a great display next year.
