  • RHS Award of Garden Merit
  • Good in pots and containers
  • Varieties suitables for cutting
  • Will flower well in full sun
  • Hardy Perennial - sow indoors or on a seedbed (April-June); transplant later to flower for many seasons

Narcissus 'Sir Winston Churchill'  has several large and beautiful flowers per stem.

This superb double daffodil bulb has the largest flowers of all its rivals plus a delicious scent, so it makes quite an impact. Whether grown in a container or planted  among other spring flowering plants these showy bulbs are worth a place in the garden.

Plant bulbs roughly twice their depth into free-draining soil in a sunny or part-shaded site

Deadhead spent blooms and allow foliage to die down naturally once flowering ends.  This helps to divert goodness back to the bulb for a great display next year.

How you receive your bulbs

You receive our spring-flowering bulbs in autumn in a plastic mesh. This is to keep the bulbs together in a pack which is nice and airy – perfect to keep the bulbs healthy while in transit.

Can’t plant straight away?

Keep your bulbs in a cool, light and dry place and preferably hanging on a hook so that air can get to the bulbs at all angles. Look to planting your bulbs within a week of receiving them.
