Save £5 on the best of Albert Bartlett varieties Osprey, Vivaldi and Isle of Jura. These three come together to give you and your household a healthy crop of potatoes from early summer right up to December.
Potato Vivaldi (1kg pack)
Firm multi-purpose variety with a delicious flavour and is widely rated for its taste and velvety texture; producing high yields of attractive potatoes.
Potato Osprey (1kg pack)
This second early variety is great to use for potato salads in summer. With a waxy consistency Osprey holds its shape on boiling or steaming.
Potato Isle of Jura (1kg pack)
This maincrop variety is perfect to use for jackets and roast potatoes at the end of summer and going into the colder autumn.
Grow your tubers in Gro-sacks, ideal for growing potatoes on patios or on the balcony or directly in the vegetable patch incorporating Pre Planting potato fertiliser to give your seed potatoes a great and promising start to their life.
If you receive your seed potatoes before March place them individually in egg boxes and expose them to somewhere cool and light. This encourages the ‘eyes’ – the knobbly stem bases to become stubby and thick which then produce strong, thick stems once you plant them in sacks or in the soil in March.See Full Description +
