Primula veris bedding plants are actually the native and wild cowslip which can often be seen in meadows, open fields and on cliff tops.

Similar to the wild primrose, Cowslips prefer a more open, well drained part of your garden. The name actually comes from the Old English cuslyppe meaning "cow dung" where it was often found growing among the manure in cow pastures!

Enjoy the deep yellow flowers held in clusters on a single stem up to 20cm (8in) tall. An absolute must for any wildflower garden.

Supplied to you in 24 cell trays with a FREE micro propagator. These are garden-ready plug plants typically up to 8cm/3in from root to tip.  Unpack carefully and place plugs in water to revive. Once plugs are fully moist from taking up water, plant into pots at first to develop then transfer to their final position once they have grown around 3-4 more leaves.
