All three of your plants are fully frost-hardy and drought-tolerant to cope with UK conditions throughout the year.Collection includes:
2 x Raspberry Cascade Delight An early floricane (see below) variety cropping June/July. Vigorous and very reliable, performs well on wetter soils. Height over 3ft/1m.
2 x Raspberry Tadmor A mid-season floricane (see below) variety cropping July. Spine-free for easy picking, compact and rigid with little need of support. Height up to 3ft/1m.
2 x Raspberry Polka A late primocane (see below) variety cropping on the new wood from August to October. Polka yields exceptionally on poorer soil. Height up to 4.5ft/1.5m
Cut down cane to about 2cm (1in) above ground level at the time of planting. This will encourage multiple fruiting canes to grow from the ground.
Floricane (summer-fruiting) varieties fruit on canes produced in the previous year. After fruiting, cut out the old, fruited wood in autumn/winter and tie in the new growths to the support. Primocane (autumn-fruiting) varieties fruit on canes produced in the current year. After cropping, these should be cut down to ground level to promote the growth of new canes.
