Enjoy the impact of floribunda rose Hot Chocolate – a rare russet-brown variety that’s sure to turn heads. Hot Chocolate produces lots of roses in clusters all summer for an on-going summer flower display. Repeat-flowering you can expect to see roses to as late as the end of September with this hard-working variety.

Your plants reach a height of around a metre (3 ½ ft) which makes them excellent contenders for container roses and placed on the patio or by your back door. They are also happy in flower beds to give permanent structure to surrounding perennials and annual bedding.

Hot Chocolate makes great cut flowers for vases indoors. Pair this with tactile grasses for an interesting and textured vase display.

Useful tip:

In winter prune out wispy, weak stems to keep your plants in good shape and with an attractive framework of branches to put on a good show the following year. Give your plants a yearly dosage of mulch in September to keep the soil warmer and feed with a liquid fertiliser high in potash for lots of beautiful flowers.
