Strawberry Plants - Marshmello
- Superb flavour
- Cannot be found in the supermarket
- Delicious red fruits
This beautiful strawberry is exclusive to Unwins and has been described by Raymond Blanc as 'the sweetest strawberry I have ever tasted'. You will not be able to find this variety of strawberry in the supermarket, so if you want to try this strawberry, you will have to grow your own which is easier than you may think.
The Strawberry Marshmello is rare in that it has to be picked from the garden but this allows it to luxuriate in its status as a small garden strawberry. When planting make sure your strawberries are positioned in a warm and sunny position in well-drained soil whether in the ground or in pots and wait for your delicious fruits to appear.
The Strawberry Marshmello is a strong and vigorous plant with an amazing flavour and juicy large fruit. It has a silk like texture and is bred purely for its “strawberry-ness” rather than its shelf life and just one bite will take you back to strawberry picking in fields from your childhood.See Full Description +
