Tomato Yellow Ore F1 x3
New to 2016 - Generous trusses of perfectly spherical, golf-ball sized tomatoes that look like small suns form on strong, tall cordon-grown plants. Simply pinch out the side-shoots of the plants as they grow and expect big yields of sweet tomatoes for harvesting from mid-summer to autumn.
Being an F1-hybrid, this variety has been bred to be vigorous, strong and show good resistance to diseases.
A prolific cropper, you can expect 8-12 tomatoes per fruiting cluster in a single harvest. They’re just perfect for popping in your mouth straight from the plant, salads or reducing to make full-flavoured sauces.
On arrival remove all packaging and water the soil of the small tomato plants so that it is moist but not waterlogged. Look to plant up in their permanent position straight away if possible. If you have to wait, keep plants in a light place away from direct sunlight and keep the soil of the small plants moist at all times.
Plant up in their permanent position within seven days.See Full Description +
